Order

We can deliver to a packing station. Please enter your postal code under Company (optional) and the packing station under Street in your delivery address.

Example:

Unfortunately, we only have our office in Hamburg without a sales area or warehouse. Therefore, it is not possible to pick up your order from us on site.

We are very sorry if you have received a faulty item from us. In order to be able to examine your complaint quickly, we ask you not to return the item yet. First send us a photo and a short description of the defect to support@larkson.de. Please also include your order number, which you can find on the delivery note or in the order confirmation, so that we can assign your complaint. Our customer service will help you with the next steps.

Should your item not be the desired size or color, or be different than you imagined, you can make use of your mother's 30-day right of withdrawal and return your order to us.

Unfortunately, exchanging this item for a different product is not possible. Please place a new order.

Payment

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

Shipping & Delivery

Our orders are shipped with DHL GoGreen. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number from us by email so that you can track your delivery.

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €49. For orders below this minimum, shipping costs are €3.90.

Shipping costs to EU countries outside of Germany are €8.90.

Return & Refund

You can return your order to us within 30 days. We will provide you with a return label for this purpose. You can request one here:Returns Portal

For returns within Germany, we charge a processing fee of €3.90. For returns from abroad, this fee is €5.90.

Once the return shipment has arrived safely with us, we will refund your money within 14 days, minus the return processing fee.

Product Information

With us you have a warranty claim of the statutory 24 months.

Our products can be easily cleaned with a sponge and detergent.

If that is not enough, our products can also be machine washed inside out on a gentle cycle. However, we cannot guarantee this as upholstery, colours, waterproofing etc. could suffer.

If your beloved product has a defect after a period of 6 months, please contact us via email at support@larkson.de.

We will be happy to check the possibility of a repair for you and will inform you of the next steps by email.
