Terms and conditions of participation
Raffle from the LARKSON brand, a company of Ecom Brands GmbH
These terms and conditions apply to the raffle run by the LARKSON brand, a company of Ecom Brands GmbH, Am Rödingsmarkt 31-33, 20459 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as "the organizer"). Participation in the raffle is exclusively governed by these terms and conditions. The raffle is not associated with Meta and is not organized or supported by Meta in any way.
1) Duration of the raffle
The raffle runs from 04.04.2026 to 09.04.2026 23:59 CET. During this period, users can participate in the raffle online.
2) Raffle process
To enter the raffle, participants must like and comment on the raffle post on the @larkson_hamburg Instagram channel and follow the Instagram channels @larkson_hamburg and @speicherstadt_kaffee within the raffle period, as well as agree to these terms and conditions.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant will be entered into the raffle. It is forbidden to use multiple accounts to increase the chances of winning. Participation in the raffle is free of charge.
3) Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland and are at least 18 years old. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. Should a participant have limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the raffle, employees of the organizer, and their family members are not eligible to participate. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the raffle,
(b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) in case of unfair practices, or
(d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the raffle.
4) Prize, notification, and prize delivery
The raffle includes 1 prize with a total value of €140.00 and the following contents:
1x Speicherstadt Kaffeerösterei Hamburg Box
1x French Press 0.35 l
1x Coffee mug "Speicherstadt Kaffeerösterei"
1x LARKSON Rolltop Backpack No 4 Large
The winner will be determined after the closing date of the raffle through a random draw among all participants.
The winner will be informed promptly via an Instagram direct message.
The winner must contact Larkson via Instagram direct message within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant by the organizer.
The prize will be delivered by parcel post at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or the winner's legal representative. An exchange, self-collection, or cash payment of the prize is not possible. Costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are borne by the winner.
5) Premature termination of the raffle
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. The organizer will particularly exercise this option if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, a proper execution of the raffle cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer may claim damages from that person.
6) Data Protection
Participation in the raffle requires the provision of personal data. If a participant enters the raffle using their Instagram username, their further personal data will be requested if that participant wins.
The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first and last name, address, and e-mail address, are truthful and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use. Shipping service providers are excluded if a prize needs to be sent by post to participants.
All e-mail addresses and voluntarily provided data of the participants will be collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the raffle. Participants have the statutory rights to information, amendment, and revocation. 7) Right of Revocation
Participants are free at any time to request the deletion of their registration data by revoking their participation at support@larkson.de and thus withdraw from participation.
8) Liability
Claims due to possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors must be asserted exclusively against them. The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or the consequences arising therefrom for the execution of the raffle.
The organizer is not liable for the contributions of the participants with which they participate in the raffle.
The organizer points out that the campaign can be terminated or a post or posts can be removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without any claims arising therefrom for the participants against the organizer.
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by him, his legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or by the breach of essential contractual obligations in connection with the execution of the raffle.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the organizer is only liable for the foreseeable, typical damage. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the goal of the actions and on whose compliance participants can regularly rely. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
9) Contact, Applicable Law

The organizer's raffle is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
10) Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.
